I actively encourage members to make use of images to show people what kind of fun person you are. Most people don't have celebrity looks so don't worry about trying to post some model-like pose.

Holiday snaps, pictures having fun with friends or party snaps should do the trick.

The simplest way to show your picture in all your posts is to upload an Avatar. This is a small 100x100 pixel image in the .gif format. You could maybe take a picture with your mobile phone and upload that? You do this by going to edit your signature in your user profile. Enable Avatars and upload one.

The other way, where you can show bigger, more detailed pictures is by including them in your profile message. You can either insert a link to your picture hosted on another website (by clicking the Tree icon) or upload it to Image Shack (by clicking the IS icon). Then they give you instructions about how to include that picture in your post.
