To pick up Japanese ladies that want to meet foreign guys. Here is the technique:

You go to a coffee shop or library or anywhere else you can find where language students may hang out. Just survey the area and find a Japanese woman with some English language study books. Maybe you are getting the idea now

So you wander over and ask some dumn question like "have you got the time" etc. And then you have an excuse to discuss language and get better aquainted
