This is a small 100x100 pixel image in the .gif format. You could maybe take a picture with your mobile phone and upload that? You do this by going to edit your signature in your user profile. Enable Avatars and upload one.The other way, where you can show bigger, more detailed pictures is by including them in your profile message. You can either insert a link to your picture hosted on another website (by clicking the Tree icon) or upload it to Image Shack (by clicking the IS icon).
